Thank you for visiting my website. I am Ines Aschkowski. German by origin, I have been living in the UK since 2001. My aim is to help my clients to achieve their goals and positive changes fast and efficiently by the application of Hypnotherapy, NLP, EFT and other beneficial techniques.
Hypnotherapy helps to make positive changes quickly and permanently. Treatment plans are tailored to the needs of each individual client. All clients receive a confidential, friendly and professional service at all times. My aim is to guide clients through therapy fast and effectively,
ensuring that the positive changes are manageable and permanent.

HPD – Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma, approved by NCH and NCFE
DipH - Diploma in Hypnotherapy
DipNLP – Diploma in Neuro-Linguistic Programming
CertDE – Certificate in Discursive Empowerment
EFT Level 2 and advanved – Emotional Freedom Technique
